But! Just so you can share this gastronomical moment with me? I offer
2 parts rice wine vinegar & raspberry vinager
1 part canola oil
Just enough sugar to sweeten, could also use maple syrup if you want to.
Dash or two of salt.
Dash white pepper
Put in jar and shake it up around the kitchen.
Enjoy with a lovely Syrah and multigrain bread
