A Lovely Salad

I don’t usually share recipes. Not because I hoard them but because I rarely measure and forget what I put in stuff.

But! Just so you can share this gastronomical moment with me? I offer

PBPG Salad

Diced Pears
Pomegranate seeds
Dried Blueberries
Crumbled Gorgonzola
Candied Walnuts
Chopped Romaine

Dressing:

2 parts rice wine vinegar & raspberry vinager
1 part canola oil
Just enough sugar to sweeten, could also use maple syrup if you want to.
Dash or two of salt.
Dash white pepper

Put in jar and shake it up around the kitchen.

Toss salad.

Enjoy with a lovely Syrah and multigrain bread
