Life In Six

August 18, 2008

Sparrow linked to PostSecret (a guilty and often gut-wrenching Sunday read) and the Life In Six Words project.

She wrote a lovely and meaningful six word biography and then challenged us to do the same.

Here is mine:

Life is pain, Princess. This much?

I know, maudlin, emotional and shallow… Sorry. Wasn’t feeling exceptionally bright or brave at that moment. So, here’s another:

Four faces. Two rings. One life.

Yeah, I like that one better. 🙂

So, I’m passing on the challenge. What’s your six-word biography?

As an exercise in my psychic powers I am going to write a few of my readers biographies:

WW: Oh, oh oh! That was good!

Bane: Walking conundrum: pain and love cohabitating

Birdie: Refined: One project at a time.

Pablo: Finding meaning where motive once lived

Of course, I’m probably COMPLETELY off base but it was fun nonetheless…

Oh, I almost forgot… 🙂

Rick: A race well run ends well.

  • Nah, think I’ll go with “Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior”.

  • Heidi, you beat me to it! I was thinking of doing the very same thing for some of my readers. And in fact may still do it, though you will get full credit. For you, I think I would say: “Even faithful servants learn hard lessons.” And one more: “Heidi’s Olympic sport is pebble chasing!”

And Pablo, that’s the best one yet.

  • Looks like fun, although you probably came up with a better one for me than I could have. Just one question… Would “hmmm” be considered a word? 😉
