It’s important, I suppose, when advertising to hire an individual that they be able to communicate well. However, if I want to hire someone to care for my yard I am far more concerned that they be able to DO the work. Not just talk about it.
But apparently, there are those who want a well-spoken gardener and they have advertised for them locally by saying:
Yard care person wanted who is knowledeable & articulate in their work (Oregon)
Of course one should also be knowledeable about their work too. So spelling isn’t quite as important as talking.
Just so we are all clear.
